Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WAGER RL — including our website, wallet-binding features, WT balances, and skill-based wagering matches. By using WAGER RL, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to participate in skill-based wagering.
• One account per IP and wallet. No multi-accounting or proxy evasion.
• You are responsible for securing your wallet, passwords, and device access.

• WT (Wager Tokens) are internal accounting units (1 USDC = 10 WT).
• Deposits convert USDC → WT; withdrawals convert WT → USDC to your linked Solana wallet (e.g., Solflare).
• All transactions are recorded and verified through your linked wallet address.

• Your WT stake is locked in escrow upon joining a match.
• Refs verify results and release winnings upon confirmation.
• House fee (typically 10%) applies; winners split remaining pot.

• Refs host matches, verify results, and resolve disputes.
• Refs cannot wager or participate in matches.
• Ref accounts are IP-locked for integrity. Contact is limited to verification and payouts.

• No cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• No harassment, hate speech, or manipulation of results.
• Violations can result in permanent bans, fund holds, or reversals.

• Platform fees, rake, and Solana network fees may apply.
• Deposits are final; chargebacks may result in permanent suspension.
• Fraudulent disputes or reversals will result in loss of access and WT confiscation.

We collect minimal data for platform operation and security. No data is sold. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and state laws. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
